Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the services included in the customer's confirmed Jungle Tours booking, quotation or itinerary.
Jungle Tours is an independent private tour operator and partnership firm. Safari permits are issued and controlled by the competent government or Forest Department authority. Cancellation, modification and refund of permit-related amounts are therefore also subject to the applicable government rules and conditions.
Accommodation, transport and other third-party services may have their own cancellation or refund conditions. Any applicable supplier charges or non-refundable components will be considered while processing a cancellation request.
