Payments made to Jungle Tours are collected for safari reservation assistance, accommodation, transport, tour packages and related travel services requested by the customer.
Jungle Tours is an independent private tour operator and partnership firm. We are not the Madhya Pradesh Forest Department, a National Park authority, Tiger Reserve authority or an official government safari-booking portal.
Safari permits are issued by the competent government or forest authority and remain subject to official availability, applicable rules and final issuance. Payment to Jungle Tours does not by itself guarantee permit issuance.
Customers should make payment only against a booking request, quotation, confirmation or payment reference communicated by Jungle Tours.
Any refund or cancellation entitlement is governed by the cancellation terms applicable to the selected service and, where applicable, the rules of the relevant third-party supplier or government authority.
