• Cancellation requests must be submitted via Jungle Tours at +91 9425809198 or jungletravelbooking@gmail.com.
• Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective service provider (safari, hotel, tour, or taxi).
• Processing time for refunds may vary, and any Razorpay transaction fees may be non-refundable.

Jungle Tours is an independent wildlife tour operator and travel service provider. We provide safari reservation assistance, accommodation coordination, transport arrangements and customised tour packages. Safari permits are issued by the competent government or Forest Department authority and remain subject to official availability, applicable rules and final issuance. Certain accommodation, transport and other travel services may be fulfilled by third-party service providers.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the use of the booked services.
